Hi, I'm Michael! I grew up in Hsinchu, Taiwan. At 18, I moved to San Francisco to find other builders and people chasing ambitious dreams.
I went to an online college, worked at an AI startup, and later transferred to UC Berkeley, where I study math and cognitive science.
I'm a software engineer who thinks a lot about human–AI collaboration, digital media (especially experimental games!), and tools that augment human creativity.
